There is a new gadget to buy for your pet dog this year if the thought of walking them brings you out in a cold sweat. Forget the doggy coats and jewel encrusted collars; this new treadmill will help your pet become lean and keen. The Fit Fur Life company have come out with the treadmill for the public but they think that vets will probably use them more for dogs that are recuperating after an illness. Dogs are as prone to obesity as much as humans and need lots of exercise to stay trim. If you think that this device is going overboard it’s by no means the only luxury item for your pampered pet. More and more owners are asking kennel owners to put their dogs up in exclusive apartments, rather than the concrete prisons they are usually kept in. The food is better than we eat as well with quails eggs and champagne on the menu. Owners are also insisting on piped music being played in the kennels, Pavarotti and Placido Domingo are played and the dogs can even have posters of their favourite football stars emblazoned on the walls!
