Their system is self-installed, meaning that I didn’t have to pay the money associated with some of the larger home monitoring outfits – I was really able to get up and running in 30 minutes. I’ll admit that I had some skepticism because of the price – but their reliability was really second to none. They are preferred dealers of GE Security Systems (their equipment), and they are also preferred dealers for Alarm.com (the monitoring service). You also don’t worry about malfunctioning or disabled phone lines – all communications with the central monitoring systems take place via cellular link, unlike most of the other providers I looked at.<BR/>I’ve had great experiences with FrontPoint – especially since the economy has been as hard on me as a potential burglar.
